We cannot add gratuity to credit or debit card.  No personal checks.  We appreciate your cancellations 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.  If you are unhappy with your service please contact us within 7 days and we will correct it at no charge.  If you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase we can exchange it for another as long as the product is 3/4 full.  We will not give cash back or exchange the product for salon services.  Longevity of color services are not guaranteed without the use of professional hair care products.
